BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Oral Roberts women's soccer team dropped Thursday night's match, 3-0, to Florida Atlantic in Boca Raton, Florida.

Florida Atlantic took an early 1-0 lead in the fourth minute of play. Mary O'Hara scored an unassisted goal when she intercepted a pass to beat the ORU keeper on the left side.

The Owls took a 2-0 lead in to halftime when Jessica Monteiro scored in the 23rd minute off of a blocked shot and connected on the rebound. Ebba Blomqvist was credited with the assist.

Pernille Velta gave the Owls a 3-0 lead in the 60th minute when she scored to the right past the keeper with an assist by Hailey Landrus.
