TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts women's basketball team will participate as the No. 6 seed in the 2017 Summit League Championship at the Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, on Sunday, March 5 at 2:30 p.m. against South Dakota State.

ORU Game Notes: vs. South Dakota State
► ORU will face South Dakota State in the quarterfinal round in the 2017 Summit League Championship. The Golden Eagles are the No. 6 seed while the Jackrabbits are the No. 3 seed.
► A win for the Golden Eagles would give the team its third consecutive win in the Summit League Championship quarterfinal round.
► This will be the third meeting of the season between Oral Roberts and South Dakota State. The Jackrabbits won the first two meetings during the regular season.
► The last time ORU and South Dakota State met in the Summit League Championship was in 2015 when the Jackrabbits eliminated the Golden Eagles in the semifinal round.
► Faith Ihim was awarded All-Summit League second team honors for her efforts during the regular season. ► Maria Martianez recorded her fourth double-double of the season against North Dakota State with 14 points and 15 rebounds. Martianez was awarded All-Summit League Honorable Mention for her efforts during the regular season.
► Lakota Beatty scored 14 points off of 80 percent shooting from the field against NDSU.
► ORU is currently averaging a shooting percentage of 40 percent and a rebounding average of
