TULSA, Okla. – Oral Roberts junior pole vaulter Justin Estala has been named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America third team, it was announced Friday. Estala's honor makes it three Academic All-Americans for ORU this year with Kaily Cox (women's soccer) and Trevor Torgerson (men's golf) also earning the distinction.

A two-time indoor USTFCCCA All-American in the pole vault, Estala carries a 3.84 GPA in sports management. A Summit League All-Academic Team selection, he finished 10th in the nation at the 2016 NCAA Indoor National Championship and won five straight indoor pole vault events, including the Summit League Championship.
