Estala, Harper Named to Academic All-League Team

TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts track and field team tallied additional honors Thursday, as a pair of Golden Eagles were named to the Summit League's Outdoor Track and Field Academic All-League team. Senior Jonathan Harper (distance) and junior Justin Estala (pole vault) each earned the honor.

He finished 10th in the nation at the 2016 NCAA Indoor National Championship and won five straight indoor pole vault events, including the Summit League Championship.

Harper led ORU in all six cross country races and has four top-10 finishes on the track. With a 3.92 GPA in ministry leadership, Harper was named to the Ultimate Whole Person Champion Team at ORU and was the 2016 recipient of the President's Cup. He is a member of the Order of the Golden Eagle and had the top senior paper for his major.
