Estala Moves to 10th Nationally in Pole Vault

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark - Several Oral Roberts jumpers took to the field Friday as they competed in the Arkansas Qualifier hosted by the University of Arkansas.

Junior Justin Estala put himself in the top-12 nationally in the pole vault with a mark of 5.42 meters (17-9.25). The Paris, Arkansas native set a new personal best in the process. 

Junior vaulter Tiffany Richeson tied a career high in the pole vault competition during her third place finish with a mark of 4.00 meters (13-1.50). 

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma native Kirsten Burnett placed second in the triple jump with a jump of 12.10 meters (39-8.50). 

Sophomore Alexis Flores took third in the long jump. The Lancaster, Texas native finished with a mark of5.44 meters (17-10.25).
