TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts men's basketball team will renew a rivalry with Little Rock Monday evening in Tulsa in the first of two home games before Christmas break. The two teams will play for the first time since 2011, but the sixth time since 2008.

Monday's game will tip off at 7 p.m. from the Mabee Center and will be broadcast on ESPN3 and will be available online and on mobile devices through WatchESPN. First year radio broadcaster Adam Hildebrandt's radio call of the game can be heard at 1550 AM in the Tulsa area and around the world for free through and through the ORU Athletics Front Row App.

• ORU is 2-3 all-time against Little Rock, but won the most recent meeting in memorable fashion in 2011. ORU scored five points in the final 3.6 seconds of the game, including a three-quarter court buzzer-beater from Damen Bell-Holter, a play that was featured on SportsCenter in the following days.

• ORU has faced one of the toughest non-conference schedules in the nation to start 2016-17. Seven of its first 12 opponents played in the 2016 postseason, including four NCAA Tournament teams. ORU's strength of schedule is fourth according to the NCAA RPI, behind only Nebraska, Florida and UC Santa Barbara.

• After a career high 35 points against Missouri State which included seven 3-pointers, Kris Martin is now 24th nationally in 3-pointers made per game.

• The Golden Eagles return three starters and a total of eight lettermen from last year's squad, including three of the top four in scoring, and more than 50 percent of the total points from last year.

• Junior Albert Owens returns as the leading scorer, rebounder, free throw shooter (made) and shot blocker.

• USA Today picked the Golden Eagles to finish seventh, but tabbed freshman Dezmond McDaniel as the league's Rookie of the Year.
