TULSA, Okla. – The Oral Roberts athletic department has partnered with Arvest Bank to release a fan experience app, Golden Eagles Live, unveiled to the public Thursday through From Now On. The free app can be found on the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
"We're happy to provide ORU fans another way to follow the Golden Eagles. The Golden Eagles Live app will particularly benefit our fans at the games," said ORU Senior Associate Athletic Director for Marketing Scott Higgins.
The app features everything from schedules, live stats, live streaming links for both audio and video and team information, including photos and bios for every ORU men's and women's basketball and baseball player. The app also features personalized alerts, detailed maps of athletic venues, exclusive promotions and menus for concession items.
"Fans these days like to keep up with their favorite teams even when they can't be at the games. This app will help ORU fans keep track of scores and stats, and offer all kinds of other extras," said Kim Adams, senior vice president of Arvest Bank in Tulsa. "We think Golden Eagle fans are going to enjoy it, and we're delighted to help offer this app to them."
