SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Oral Roberts women's soccer team fell to Missouri State 2-0 Tuesday evening at Allison South Stadium in Springfield, Missouri.
Missouri State scored its first goal of the game early in the match inside the fourth minute. Brooke Zimmerman gave the Bears a 1-0 lead when she received a cross from Kayleigh Putnam inside the box and connected with the back of the net straight on from three yards out. Putnam was credited with the assist.
Rachel Catrell put the Bears up 2-0 with a successful penalty kick attempt in the 22nd minute.
