The Oral Roberts men’s golf team improved again in the final round of the Pepsi Cola Classic, moving up to a fifth place team finish at 885 (299-294-292). UTEP was the only team to finish under par on Sunday and won the event by 12 shots at 855 (291-282-282).
The Oral Roberts women’s golf team finished round one of the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown with a 297, Sunday, at Boulder Creek Golf Club. Oregon State leads the way at 280, while ORU is 14th with 36 holes to play.
VERMILLION, S.D. – The Oral Roberts volleyball team got double-double performances from Bria Bergman and Inka Inkret in a loss at South Dakota (20-25,17-25, 25-27) Sunday afternoon at the Sanford Coyote Sports Center.

The Oral Roberts men’s golf team shot 295 in the final round and finished the Herb Wimberly Intercollegiate in third place at 879 (293-291-295). New Mexico State won the team title on its home course at 873 (288-292-293).
Originally scheduled for 54 holes, the Maryb S. Kauth Invitational was cut to 36 holes with a day off in the middle due to unplayable conditions at TPC San Antonio. No one shot better than 301 on Tuesday, and the Oral Roberts women's golf team shot the fifth best round of the day to finish seventh overall at 611 (301-310). TCU finished at 581 (279-302) to win the team championship.
The Oral Roberts men’s golf team is within striking distance of the leader with one round to go at the Herb Wimberly Intercollegiate. The Golden Eagles shot 584 (293-291) on Monday and are in second place, just four shots back of leader New Mexico State (288-292—580), entering the final round.
Sarah Bell continued her hot streak as the freshman led the Oral Roberts women’s golf team in the first round of the Maryb S. Kauth Invitational, Sunday. ORU finished the day at 301 and in seventh place, while TCU finished -9 at 279 to hold the team lead after 18 holes.

The Golden Eagles finished at 908 (292-312-304) to finish in a tie with Grand Canyon for eighth place in the 16-team tournament. UTEP won the event at 879 (290-290-299).
