Top-5 Finishes Highlight Final Day of Kansas Relays

LAWRENCE, Kan. – The Oral Roberts University track and field teams wrapped up competition at the Kansas Relays on Saturday, picking up a pair of top-5 finishes along the way.

In the 100m finals, Tamaira Williams took sixth overall, improving on her preliminary time by running 11.82 seconds.

In the 400m finals, Madison Reynolds took third overall with a time of 54.43 seconds, only behind an unattached runner and 4x400m Olympic gold medalist Diamond Dixon of Kansas.

Highlighting the men’s side, Justin Estala finished in a tie for fifth in the pole vault, clearing 5.21m (17-1), the best mark of the freshman’s young outdoor career.

ORU will be back in action May 3 as they travel back to Lawrence for the Rock Chalk Classic.
